MAC 2021 Virtual AGM is on November 5!
Join us on Zoom for the 2021 Annual General Meeting on November 5 from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM EDT. Register for the AGM here! The AGM is a public meeting open to all — including members, conference attendees, and anyone with an interest in the organization.
Our agenda includes:
- Review of the 2020 AGM minutes
- Presentation of the President’s Annual Report
- Presentation of the 2020-2021 Financial Report
- Presentation of proposed changes to the organization by-laws
- Announcement of the 2022 Conference theme and location
No elections will take place this year because all board seats are accounted for until 2022. However, important changes are being proposed to future voting processes and procedures. Attend the meeting to hear more, provide your feedback, and VOTE!
A reminder that MAC Membership renews every August. Current Membership is required for voting.
